Alma loves to dance, although she feels that having CF has made it harder and harder to do the things she most enjoys. She used her recreation grant to get gym memberships for herself and her peer support person, her husband. He has supported her with her CF care and motivates her to take good care of herself. As a gym partner he pushes her to do the best she can and encourages her to workout even when she doesn't to. She knows that exercising is good for her CF and that getting healthier will allow her to do more activities with her daughter.
