Alyson recently decided that she needed to make her healthy her number one priority. Her CF care is very time consuming and though yoga and working out she has been able to learn ways to cope with the stress of it all. She knows that having a gym membership would force her to stay motivated and on top of her health. "When I used to have a gym membership, I always loved how accomplished I felt when I finished my workout. I would love to feel that way again!" Alyson used her grant to get a gym membership.
