Amanda has been dancing for four years, and used her recreation grant to continue with her dance classes. She loves dance because unlike other exercise she does, it’s so fun that it doesn’t feel like exercise. She also knows that dance is good for her lungs and that she will do it for many years. As well as being a busy elementary school student, she also likes to play the piano, swim, ride her bike, and play with her friends. She knows she has to do her treatments to stay healthy but its often hard, as she would rather be playing with her friends. “I can do everything my friends do, even with my CF!”
